a tiny bit of Olympic knitting
I’ve decided, heck, why not join in the fun. I’ve chosen two smaller projects, events if you will, that I actually really need to get done!
First up are some new black gloves for handbells. We have a performance on Saturday the 20th (at Lee’s Palace!) so these would have to be done by then. Four inches done on the first one, but I’m planning on some hardcore knitting today.
My second project’s deadline is Saturday the 27th, it won’t come out until these gloves are done!

Way to combine Olympic knitting with some utility knitting!
How fun! I’m doing it too for the first time, and it’s so much fun to challenge myself like this! Good luck with your own race!

Great idea for the Olympics project!

I really should knit my own gloves. Between my narrow hands and long fingers, a lot of gloves feel almost webbed when I put them on. I can’t squish them down to the bottoms of my fingers enough!
