You completely and utterly corrupted me. I have all but forsaken my knitting to make giant granny squares. After the first on in Noro Iro (62″ square), I was overcome by the need to make a king-sized one for my bed. Since that much Noro would pretty much have guaranteed my kids would have to go to community college, I am making it out of tons of stash leftovers, and completely loving it!

I love your new macro lens too! It’s amazing how it gets every detail, down to the color gradations in that heathery green yarn in your ripple. Is it the same yarn used for your B-side cardigan?

So I’m a big time lurker but I wanted to say that I love your granny blanket and the ripple looks like it’ll be just as beautiful. I’m about to start a ripple blanket with all of my scraps and single skeins as well-just have to get everything in order. ::sigh::
